General Guidelines:

  • Only one ad unit may be displayed within your video player at any single time.

  • Publishers may not remove or obscure in any way the "Ad" pill associated with all AdSense for video ad formats.

Format-Specific Policies:

InVideo Ads (Graphical overlays):

  • InVideo ads may start at any time in the video stream, though beginning at ten seconds is recommended.
  • Once an ad has been requested and displayed, it must remain visible in the player until a new ad request is made or the end of the video clip. InVideo overlay ads will automatically minimize to the bottom of your video player after 15 seconds; minimizing the ad before that time is not permitted unless initiated by the user.

Text Overlays:

  • Text overlay ads may start at any time in the video stream, though beginning at ten seconds is recommended.
  • Once an ad has been requested and displayed, it must remain visible in the player until a new ad request is made or the end of the video clip. Text overlay ads will automatically minimize to the bottom of your video player after 15 seconds; minimizing the ad before that time is not permitted unless initiated by the user.

Text Ad endcaps:

  • If a video is displayed as part of a play list, then endcap ads can only be used after the last video in the playlist.
  • Endcap ads must continue to be displayed until the user closes the video player or navigates off the page.
  • Endcaps may be used in combination with, and displayed within 10 minutes of other ad units in certain circumstances, specifically when:
    • Google text overlay or InVideo ads are also used
    • Third party pre-roll or mid-roll video ads are used

Highly Paying Ad Format

Nowadays, people are scared of ads, blocking all popups and they sometimes keep their eyes closed to banners. Therefore, choosing the correct format of ads to suit your blog is very important.

What Should You Do?

Simple. as your sign in to Google Adsense, you will come to the ‘Adsense Setup’ tab. This is the place where you choose your ads format and get the code of your ads. Now, according to my little experience by reading through some articles of successful bloggers who earn a lot through Adsense. I came to find that the most successful ads format is the 336x280 Large Rectangle format. This the format, which gets the most clicks and it fits perfectly to major styles of template. Besides that, it is quite big and will get attentions of readers. The second attractive format is 300x250 Medium Rectangle.

Here is some of the logic why this format get hi clicks. This is because when readers visit your blog, they are searching for contents, bare in mind that they are not searching for Advertisements. And as a reader, if your posted topics are attractive, then surely he/she will search for additional information and several choices of link, which is relevant to him/her. Here is where your ads play their roles. The ads will act as additional information to readers and if it is relevant, then they will click the ads. Thus, Large Rectangle, which is attractive and shows choices of links, will inevitably catch the readers’ attention to click them.

Tips How To Add Adsense Code Into the Post

Adding AdSense Ads into your posts is a great way to get a lot of clicks and earn a lot from Google AdSense. A lot of top earners of Google AdSense use this way to get clicks and earn from Google AdSense.

How Do You Want To Make AdSense Ads Appear in Your Posts?

A lot of people are wondering about it, so, I decided to write a step-by-step guide in this post to teach you how to insert it into your posts area in Blogger.com.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1:
Parsed Your AdSense Code:
Parse means you make slight modification to the AdSense Code. How do you want to parse the code?

Simple. You need to change all the symbols like <, >, and so on in the code to HTML tags.

If you are lazy to do it, you can parse the AdSense Code at BlogCrowds.com. BlogCrowds.com offer free parse code service.

Parse Your AdSense Code:
http://www.blogcrowds.com/resources/parse_html.php

Step Two:
Placement of the AdSense Ads your posts:
Expand your blog's widget first and find for the code below:

i) Place the Ads Next to your posts:

ii) Place the Ads after your posts:

Paste the parsed AdSense Code at the place you want the Ads to appear. Then, Save the template.

After doing all the steps above, the AdSense Ads will appear in your posts area. The steps mentioned above is only applicable to Blogger.com Customize Template.

Some people said that it is against the AdSense Polices to modified the AdSense Code but they said it is OK to make minimal modification to place AdSense into Blogger.com template.

***Below is the reply from Google AdSense Team:***

"Thanks for your email. We do permit minor edits to the AdSense code to
allow AdSense to be placed into Blogger.

Please keep in mind that in general, publishers are not allowed to alter
the AdSense ad code for any reason. Once you've generated the ad code in
your AdSense account pages, you may not alter any portion of the code or
manually change the layout of the ads. For instance, publishers may not
alter the ad height variable to mask the Ads by Google moniker.

Thanks for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team

Tips To Earn More From Google Adsense

1: Customize AdSense Ads:
Blending the AdSense Ads is the most important part to make money from Google AdSense(Blend AdSense Ads). I stress a lot on blending the AdSense Ads because it is the best and most effective way to help you make money using AdSense. What do I meant by blending the AdSense Ads? Blending the AdSense Ads means to make the Ads look like a part of your site. You need to make optimizations on the colors of the title, text, URL and background color of the AdSense Ads. With proper optimization, you can make the Ads look as if a part of your blog and thus will increase your rate of success in Google AdSense.

2: Right Position for Adsense Placements:
Correct placements of the Ads. This is another important factor that will have great effect on your AdSense earnings. Placing the AdSense Ads above the fold is the most effective placements to make the most money from AdSense Ads. What is meant by "above the fold"? "Above the fold" is the placement near the top of your site which refer to the part of the screen where a user does not need to scroll to see the contents of your site. Placing the Ads at this place will have significant effect on your AdSense earning.

3: AdSense Ads Format:
Choosing the most profitable Ads Format(Choosing Ads Format). According to statistic, it is found that the Large Rectangle format is the Ads format that make the most money for AdSense Publishers. So, if possible, you should try to include a Large Rectangle Ads on your site.
Please do not squeeze the Large Rectangle format into your site if it doesn't fit at all. If you do so, it will ruin the look of your site and you make even less money.

4: AdSense in Post Area:
AdSense Ads in the Posts Area. This is a powerful placement to get a lot of clicks and a lot of money. The logic here is that people tend to be attracted to words, pictures and ads wrapped by texts.

So, when users are reading the AdSense Ads carefully, they will tend to click on the Ads t find out more about it. There, you get the money coming.

5: Unique Contents for AdSense:
Finally, contents of your site. Create specific contents on your site for better targeting of Ads. Don't beat around the bush and write on a lot of topics. This will make AdSense Ads confuse and thus show irrelevant Ads on your site. So, it is wise to write on a specific topic and use keyword properly. So, choose a topic for your site.

6: Do not place AdSense Ads on Empty Page
If you are using AdSense Ads on an empty page, then you will have hard time to make money from Google AdSense. Do not place AdSense Ads on your empty page, this will make Google think that you are creating MFA site.

In addition, you need to remember that if you use AdSense Ads on your empty page, then you are not going to get proper Ads and mostly you will get PSA. Google AdSense Crawler will have hard time to find relevant contents on your page and finally Ads shown will be irrelevant.

7: Ask When You Have Questions
Don't keep your problems and questions in your mind. Ask from other people. Get the proper answer and optimize your AdSense Ads well.

If you have doubt, you can always ask me or you can ask Google Directly.
This is what Google said:
"Please feel free to email us at tips.maststuff@gmail.com
if you have additional technical questions or concerns. For general program or account questions, please email adsense-support@google.com."

#8: AdSense After Posts:

Read How the AdSense Ads after blog posts Boost Earning :
